Thinking of cancelling?
Submit your enquiry in the form below and a member of our Client Support team will contact you by phone/email in the next business day to finalise the cancellation of your policy.
If we are unable to contact you we will proceed to cancel your cover as requested and send you a written confirmation of the cancellation.
Please remember that once you cancel your policy, you will no longer be covered – this means if something happens to you, you will not be eligible to claim. If a premium refund is owed to you, the refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of your premium in the payment period. Please note that the refund may take up to 15 days to process.
